Every product from petideby.com is covered by our 2-year limited warranty.
01What is covered
We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of delivery, when used as intended.
02What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, scratches and natural patina.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse or improper care.
- Products modified or repaired by third parties.
03Making a warranty claim
Email hello@example.com with your order number, a short description of the issue and photos. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product, or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.
04Your legal rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.
